Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

I made this huge cake for my son's second birthday party. It was fun to make, we had a lot left over because we had about 50 people and this cake is good for 125 servings or more. The top layer was orange cake and the bottom layer was chocolate cake.

Day at the beach cake

A day at the beach was a birthday cake I made recently for a friend's wife. She loves the beach and chocolate so I made the cake coconut cream rum cake with ganache filling and frosting. All the decorations are handmade with gumpaste and fondant, and the sea shells are made with white chocolate. This is for 40 servings.

This is my husband's favorite. I made it for his birthday this past December and we were so excited that we forgot to take a picture of just the cake, so this picture may not do the cake justice. It was delicious, I like to use only the best chocolate for the ganache. My favorite is Lindt sweet dark chocolate and Lindt 70% cocoa.
Size of this cake a square 10" good for 30 people (1.5"x 2" ea).

Tiramisu cake

This is a tiramisu cake, decorated with lady fingers all around. Could also use chocolate hazelnut rolled wafers, better known to me as Pirulines. Size is 10", good for about 25.

Thomas the tank engine Cake.

Top tier is chocolate filled with vanilla buttercream. The bottom is vanilla cake filled with arequipe, aka dulce de leche or caramel spread. The bottom cake size is 12" and the top is 6" good for 50 servings. All the decorations, including the topper is hand made and totally edible. I can also sell the topper separately if you are interested.

Coconut cream rum cake covered with chocolate ganache

More of an adult cake because of the rum and no filling. This is a coconut cream cake with coconut cream rum glaze that is soaked in the cake. On top I poured dark chocolate ganache made with Lindt 80% cocoa chocolate bars. Can also be decorated with icing or fondant to create a one of a kind cake to match your party theme. It can be done for children with no rum and just coconut cream filling.The size of this cake in particular is 9" round, which is good for about 24 servings.

3D Elmo cake

This is a two tier, two layer cake, filled with buttercream, covered in fondant. Bottom layer is marble and the top is chocolate cake. This cake serves 40.
